Pre-Lottery for Venue Sale – Important Notes

  • On-site sales advance lottery: November 16, 20:00 – November 18, 11:59. Please submit your application via the form during the designated period.
  • Only customers who win the advance lottery are eligible for on-site purchase.
  • Winners must pick up their items on November 24 (Mon) at the Product Pickup Counter (UDX) at the Daimansai Festival venue.
  • Payment will be made at the venue.
  • At the venue (UDX), winners must present the winning notification email and a valid ID. Overseas customers must present their passport for verification and payment.
  • The applicant and winner must pick up the item in person. Proxy pickup is not allowed.
  • The use of another person’s account or ID is strictly prohibited.
  • If the ID does not match the information submitted at the time of application, the entry will be invalid. In such cases, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Please make sure to arrive between 14:00–17:15 on November 24 (Mon) for item pickup.
  • Only one entry per person / one account is allowed.
  • We cannot accept bulk applications, so please apply for each item individually.
  • Multiple entries using the same account or address will be invalid.
  • Applications from private accounts will not be accepted.
  • Entries submitted outside the application period will be invalid.
  • No notification will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Cancellations after submission are not accepted.
    ※ Customers who cancel will be refused future transactions, including Mandarake online orders.
  • Items will not be shipped. Please make sure to pick up your purchase at the Daimansai Festival venue.
  • As each item is handmade and painted individually by artisans, slight variations may occur.
  • If the product has any defects, please contact 06-6363-7777 by November 30. No support will be provided after this date.

  • Applications from private accounts will not be accepted.
  • Additional shipping fees apply for overseas orders.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and selected post-payment options. Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Entries submitted outside the application period will be invalid.
  • No notification will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Cancellations after submission are not accepted.

  • Only winners will receive a “Purchase Guidance Email” after November 26.
