• Umeda Store is offering 1 type, kitsch-ish purple & green color version of Seabull.
  For the other 3 types, please use Shibuya Store's application form.

About cancelling, exchange, returns

• Cancellation due to reasons from customer's end are not acceptable.
• All products are checked before shipment, but if by any chance faulty item is delivered, we will offer exchange.
  (In occasion that we have no extra stock, we will offer returns.)
• In such cases, exchange and returns will accepted only if the item is not opened and still in it's original state from delivery.
• Please expect minor coloring and paint jobs difference.
• If any faulty item arrived, please contact the store within 3 days from the delivery date. (*Any complains after this period will not be answered.)
