Event Rules

  • A numbered entry ticket is required to participate.
  • The time limit for shopping inside the store is 15 minutes per entry.
    (Entry is limited. The 15-minute countdown begins once the last customer admitted has received a basket.)
  • One basket costs 1,000 yen (tax included).
* For smooth checkout, please have ¥1,000 bills ready.

ALL for 1,000 yen per basket, including tax!!

  • Each customer may check out one basket per entry. If you wish to participate again, please return to the back of the line.
  • You may fill your basket as much as you like, provided you can carry it by both handles in one hand.
    Any items that fall out before checkout will be removed.
  • At checkout, items will be transferred directly from the basket into a bag as-is, without sorting or individual packing.
    Meaning, items placed on top of the basket will end up at the bottom of the bag.
  • Formal receipts cannot be issued for purchases made at this event.
  • We are unable to hold items after checkout.
  • Shipping is available; however, items will be packed as-is without individual wrapping, and delivery date selection is not available.
    This applies even to fragile items such as discs or glassware.
  • The event will end once all items have been sold.
  • All purchases are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Event rules are subject to change without notice.

About Numbered Ticket Distribution

  • Please line up at the 2nd floor entrance (in front of the shutter) of Mandarake Umeda at 11:00 on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
  • Line formation will begin at 11:00, and randomly assigned numbered tickets will be distributed to customers who are lined up by 11:10.
  • While subject to change depending on conditions on the day, the initial admission capacity is planned for 80 people.
  • At 11:45, customers holding tickets numbered 1 to 80 should gather again at the 2nd floor entrance (in front of the shutter) of Mandarake Umeda. Line formation will then begin.
  • The first round of admission to the event will begin at 12:00.
  • For customers participating from the second round onward, gathering times will be announced at the 2nd floor entrance on the day.
  • Customers wishing to participate again should speak to a staff member at the 2nd floor entrance. Numbered tickets will be distributed sequentially.
  • Numbered tickets will be collected at checkout. Only customers with ticket numbers currently being called will be allowed to check out.
  • The transfer or exchange of numbered tickets is prohibited.
  • Numbered tickets will be distributed to customers of junior high school age and older (approximately age 13 and up).
  • Numbered tickets will not be distributed to elementary school children or younger. For safety, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times inside the venue.

Regarding Regular 2nd Floor Merchandise and Buyback Services

  • On the day of the event, access to the 2nd floor will be limited to customers participating in the bargain event and those using the buyback service.
  • The bargain event will take place on the 2nd floor. Special event items featured below will be available on the 3rd floor.
  • The buyback service will operate as usual; however, access to other areas of the 2nd floor will be restricted.
    While your items are being appraised, you are welcome to join the event. We will contact you once the appraisal is complete.

About the Event Period

The main event will be held on April 18.
A pre-event sale (including select items available for early online purchase)
will run from 12:00 on April 1 to 20:00 on April 12.
Shipping for these items will begin on April 18.
