Sales Method

Entries will be accepted through our Instagram account.
Entry period: August 20 (Thu) at 9:00 PM to August 23 (Sun) at 9:00 PM
Please include the required information and send a DM with the following details to
@mandarake.cocoo during the entry period.

  • Address
  • Full name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Name of the desired product

Each person may enter the lottery only once using one account.
Only one entry may be submitted.
Multiple entries using the same account, address, or other matching information will be invalidated.
Entries from private accounts will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Hedorah is available for sale within Japan only. International shipping is not available.
Customers who wish to collect their order in-store on August 30 should select in-store pickup when placing their order after winning.
Orders will be available for collection at the store from 2:30 PM on August 30.

  • Customers who will not be attending the event on August 30 may also enter the lottery. Their orders will be shipped.
  • International customers may enter the lottery; however, international shipping is not available for Hedorah. Please enter using an address in Japan.
  • Products will be sold by lottery.
  • Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram.
  • Customers who are not selected will not be contacted. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Entries from private accounts or accounts determined to have no interest in sofubi will be invalidated.
  • Each person may submit only one entry using one account.
  • Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or Alipay.
  • Cash on delivery is not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Shipping fees will be charged separately.
  • Payment must be completed within one week of winning. Orders that are not paid for by the deadline will be canceled.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after winning.
  • Orders are scheduled to begin shipping in late August.
  • The actual packaging specifications may differ from those shown in the photographs.
  • Delivery to international customers may take additional time.
  • Winners may also collect their orders on August 30 during the Mandarake CoCoo sales event.
