- For domestic deliveries, cash on delivery can not be selected for the payment method. Thank you for understanding.

About cancellations, exchanges and refunds
- Requests for cancellations, exchanges or refunds due to a customer's personal circumstances will not be accepted.
- We do a thorough check of each item. However if by chance your item is not in good condition or the incorrect item arrives, we will be glad to exchange it. (please note that if there are none remaining in stock we will give you a refund)
- Please be aware that we will not offer an exchange or refund for opened items.
- Please note that these items have slight individual differences between them in terms of paint and coloring.
- If you need to contact us about your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. (※ please be aware that we cannot respond to any requests made after this three day period)
- We cannot exchange items due to damage on the package (the bag, header etc).
