Points to Note

• * Please fill in the application between 8pm on February 1 and 11:59pm on February 7 (Japan Standard Time).
• * These will be sold by lottery draw
• * One entry per household will be accepted.
• * Entries received outside of the application period will not be accepted.
• * The shipping fee is not included.
• * Payment can only be made by bank transfer (domestic orders only), credit card or PayPal. Cash on delivery cannot be used.
• * Customers who applications are successful will be contacted with a purchase link email from February 2. (Only successful customers will be contacted)
• * Please be sure to complete your order and payment within one week of receiving the purchase link email. Customers who do not pay by the deadline may have their application rescinded.
• * We plan on sending these out from February 15.
• * Once an application is made is cannot be canceled. (Customers who cancel may become blocked from shopping with Mandarake in the future)
• * Orders can not be canceled, exchanged or returned.
• * We do a thorough check of each item. However if by chance your item is not in good condition we will be glad to exchange it.
  (Please note that if there are none remaining in stock we will give you a refund)
• * Please note that these items have slight individual differences between them in terms of paint and coloring.
• * If you need to contact us about your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. (※ Please be aware that we cannot respond to any requests made after this three day period)
• * Exchanges will not be offered for package/box damage.
• Applications will not be accepted from countries where we cannot currently ship to.
