Auction Help - After the Auction

When you go to the "Place Order" tab of the My Page area, you can see which auctions are ready to be processed.

Simply click on "Add this to Shopping Cart", and you'll be able to see those items in your Shopping Cart.

You can then continue to process the order the same way as a mail order item.

Just like mail order items, auction items are separated by the store they are from.

We can accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or JCB), PayPal or Amazon Pay as payment methods.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please be aware that we can only accept cards that take 3D Secure authentication.

Please note that PayPal and Amazon Pay can only be accepted for non-adult items.

Items will be shipped once your payment has been confirmed.

Please be aware that failure to complete your payment on time may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including permanent suspensions.

The cost of shipping is not included in the auction price.

We offer EMS, DHL, and other methods (availability is subject to item and destination).

Items shipped by EMS up to the value of 20,000 yen are insured for free. If you would like to insure items of a higher value, additional coverage is available up to 2,000,000 yen.

The are insurance options available for items shipped by DHL starting from 2,500 yen.

If you do not wish to have insurance on your items, please let us know before processing your payment. Please be aware that we will not be able to refund non-insured items should something happen to them while shipping.
