What is the difference between "LIVE" Auction and "NORMAL" Auction?

"LIVE" Auction is Mandarake new auction style.
Auctioned items will be listed one by one in and all bidders will bid on real-time.
You can enjoy the fast pace auction as you were at the auction space, while sitting in front of your own computer.
Depending on the current price, bid increments may vary.
Unlike normal auction items, you can focus on one item at a time.

I have an old computer. How can I know if it'll work fine during the auction?

Using a newer computer is recommended.
However, you can view/browse the actual auction page without registering.
Please confirm that you have not problem viewing the page before participating.

Where can I confirm "LIVE" Auction items?

"LIVE" Auction items will be marked as "LIVE".
You can also search by using Sort/Refined Search for Auction Style. By choosing "LIVE", only "LIVE" Auction items will be shown.

Can I join without registering?

To participate, you'll need to be registered.
(Registration is not required for browsing.)

When will "LIVE" Auction starts?

"LIVE" Auction starting date will be shown on the right of the photo for each item page.

I'm interested in some items. Can I know when the "LIVE" Auction will start?

"LIVE" Auction items will be listed one at a time. Once the previous item ended, the next item will be listed.
There will be time extension for "LIVE" Auction items. Exact time is not known.
Item listing order can be viewed on the left side of the page.

I will not be around during the "LIVE" Auction, is there another way to join the auction?

Absentee bid is accepted. (Please refer here.)
Please be informed that placed bid is not retractable.

What is the difference between "Increase BId" and "Bid" button?

If you enter "1,000Yen" Increase Bid Button, you will be bidding with current price + 1,000Yen.
If you enter "5,000Yen" Increase Bid Button, you will be bidding with current price + 5,000Yen.
If you press on the Bid button, you will be bidding with the lowest amount according to the bid increments.
Bid increments depend on the current price. (Will range between 100Yen - 100,000Yen)

What is the bid increments?

Bid increments depend on the current price.
100Yen - less than 5K Yen … 100Yen
5K Yen - less than 30K Yen … 500 Yen
30K Yen - less than 100K Yen … 1,000 Yen
100K Yen - less than 500K Yen … 5,000 Yen
500K Yen - less than 1,000K Yen … 10,000 Yen
1,000K Yen - less than 2,000K Yen … 50,000 Yen
2,000K Yen and above … 100,000 Yen

When I tried to place a bid, an error message appeared "Cannot bid lower than current price"

If you already placed a bid, you are not able to replace the bid with a lower bid price.
Example:
After you Increase Bid 5,000Yen, and you are the current highest bidder, you are not able to replace the bid with 1,000Yen or by using the "Bid" with the lowest bid increments.

I want to bid with everything within my budget.

During the "LIVE" Auction, you can only bid with fixed "Increase Bid" and "Bid".
But you can place your maximum absentee bid before the "LIVE" Auction begins.

What is automatic bidding?

Automatic bid will place the bid in your place with the lowest bid increments.
Even if you placed an high absentee bid, if you win, you winner bid will be second highest bid + 100yen.
Example:

Will other bidder able to view my bid?

Only you can only view your own placed bids by logging in.

How can I know I'm the highest bidder?

If you are the highest current bidder, the background for the current price will turn "red" in color. The timeline will show "You are the current highest bidder".
If another competitor placed a higher bid, the background for the current price will return to "white" in color. The timeline will show "Another bidder has the current highest bid".

Where can I know the remaining time? Is there any time extension?

Remaining time bar is located below the "Increase Bid" and "Bid" button.
Ending time will be extended by 30 seconds if any bid is placed within 30 seconds from the ending time.(no limitation)

I mistaken my bid. Can retract/cancel my bid?

Sorry but no retraction or cancelation of placed bids are accepted.

I want to confirm the items I won.

You can view the items you won and participated in "Mypage".

What payment/shipping method can I use?

We accept Credit Card(VISA/MasterCard) and PayPal online payments.
*PayPal payment will not be available for adult related materials.
*PayPal eChecks are not acceptable.
We offer EMS/DHL/Registered SAL small packet shipping methods.(Some countries may not accept some methods.)

Do you take consignments for the online auctions?

We currently only take consignments from domestic customers.
