FAQ for Auction

When you finish your biddings, please make your order from "My Page/Payment" section. You will make each order when you have several items from different stores. After you made your order, we will reply you back with the shpping fee. In the Big Web Auction, 10% commission of the item will be added to the grand total. For example, if you won an item at 10,000 JP yen, its grand total will be 11,000 JP yen + Shipping.

Basically we cannot accept any cancellations. But if it happens, the user will not be able to do business with all Mandarake stores including everyday auction and mail order. So when you make a bid, please double check the amount you enter. If the cancellation is a critical issue, we take care of it. So please email to auction@mandarake.co.jp with the reason and the accident details.

Your winning item will be shipped out from each store it belongs to, therefore we can not combine the items you won from more than two different stores. Items from Big Web Auction and Everyday Auction Nakano store can be shipped together if both items are paid in time.

Yes. If you win several items from the SAME store, you can make one order for them at the same time. Then we will reply you back with the shipping fee as a combined shipment. If you won another item AFTER you made your order once, please just email to us to combine them. We can make an arrangement.

Please proceed your payment from "Payment Page." If you choose Credit Card Payment, you will fill up the form to submit it. If you pay by Paypal, please follow the instruction there.

Star marks indicate that how many bids are made for the item. Star marks for up to 3 bids and "Hot Item" for more than 3 bids.

We basically use EMS (International Speed Mail) of postal service, same as our mail order system. Howevery, if you would like cheaper shipping method, we can arrange so. For example, SAL small packet, Postal Parcel Surface, Air Mail etc. Since small packet has stricter limit on size and weight than other methods, it depends on the item. Each auction has maximum of 2 hours of automatic extension. If there is a bid within 5 minutes before end time, the auction will be extended for 5 more minutes up to 2 hours.
